Ingredients

  • 16 ounces (450 g) gluten-free macaroni noodles
  • 10 slices deli ham , sliced into thin strips
  • 8 ounces (227 g) Monterey Jack cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 6 cups (300 g) pre-shredded vegetables, such as broccoli slaw
  • ½ cup (120 mL) gluten-free poppy seed dressing
  • 1 teaspoon (6 g) kosher or fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon (1.2 g) freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a generous pinch of salt to the boiling water. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente, then drain water and place the pasta in a large mixing bowl and let cool.
  • Add ham, cheese, and shredded vegetables to the cooled pasta and mix to combine. Toss with dressing thoroughly. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
