“Nice” cream is a dairy-free and healthier version of ice cream, made with bananas. It’s incredibly simple to make with minimal ingredients. You can mix in your favorite add-ins or sprinkle it with your favorite toppings.

Banana “Nice” Cream
Ingredients
- 2 large bananas, , sliced and frozen
- 1-2 teaspoons honey, (or to taste, optional)
Optional toppings:
- Melted peanut butter, (or sunflower seed butter for nut-free)
- Mini chocolate chips, (regular or dairy-free)
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana slices and honey (if using) to the bowl of a food processor fitted with an S blade. Pulse until the banana is smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately with melted peanut butter and mini chocolate chips.
Notes
• The honey is optional. If your bananas are very ripe, it won’t be needed because the bananas will be sweet enough.
• Less ripe bananas create will create a Nice Cream with a thicker consistency. Riper bananas will have a softer consistency. If the consistency is too soft, freeze in a freezer-safe container for 1-2 hours or until it reaches your desired consistency. Scoop and serve.
