Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas, , sliced and frozen
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey, (or to taste, optional)

Optional toppings:

  • Melted peanut butter, (or sunflower seed butter for nut-free)
  • Mini chocolate chips, (regular or dairy-free)

Instructions

  • Add the frozen banana slices and honey (if using) to the bowl of a food processor fitted with an S blade. Pulse until the banana is smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately with melted peanut butter and mini chocolate chips.

Notes

Notes:
• The honey is optional. If your bananas are very ripe, it won’t be needed because the bananas will be sweet enough.
• Less ripe bananas create will create a Nice Cream with a thicker consistency. Riper bananas will have a softer consistency. If the consistency is too soft, freeze in a freezer-safe container for 1-2 hours or until it reaches your desired consistency. Scoop and serve.
