You want to hear something genius?! You can customize your own protein powders. It’s a great time to be alive, am I right?! I mean seriously, think about it: protein powders often contain any number of unknown ingredients, from preservatives to artificial sweeteners to food dyes and more, and that’s not even including allergens. So when I heard about True Nutrition, I was intrigued and I’m not going to lie – a bit overwhelmed! You see, the customization option on their website allows you to adjust a slider for what percentage of each ingredient you want. For example, 50% whey protein (and they have multiple types of whey protein), 20% pea protein, 10% pumpkin protein, etc. You can also add “boosts” which are ingredients like collagen (love it!), amino acids, digestive enzymes, and more. And then of course there are the flavors – so many flavors! It takes a little getting used to and some time experimenting with the ratios to determine what you want to include, but the result is a fully customized protein powder blend that works for YOU. And that’s pretty great.

They offer a wide range of vegan protein powders, Paleo protein powders, and traditional protein powders like whey. You can also order proteins that are already determined for you instead of creating your own blend – the choice is yours, but I highly recommend trying the customization method.

And last but certainly not least, they have customizable oatmeal blends (I like the quinoa flakes) and custom smoothie blends made from dried fruits like blueberries, acai berries, kale, beets, and so much more.
