Gluten Free Prosciutto, Arugula & Tomato Pizza Recipe
This healthy version of pizza is gluten free and includes fresh produce.

Ingredients
- 2 pizza crusts from Corn Flour Pizza Dough recipe
- ½ cup gluten-free ketchup
- 15 slices prosciutto
- 7 ounces cherry tomatoes
- 2 handfuls fresh basil leaves
- 2 handfuls fresh arugula
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the pre-baked pizza crusts with ketchup and add the prosciutto and tomatoes. Bake for 5-7 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Right before serving, top the pizzas with fresh basil, arugula, and pepper. Serve hot.
