Ingredients
- 4 cups gluten-free chicken broth
- ½ cup gluten-free teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 1½ cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- Kosher or fine sea salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
- Place in thermoses to keep the soup hot in your child’s lunch box.
