Chocolate-Drizzled Avocado Pops Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado , pitted
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
- 2 ounces dairy-free dark chocolate , chopped
Instructions
- Combine the avocado, banana, coconut milk, lime juice, honey, and lime zest in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds and insert sticks. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm.
- Melt the chocolate. Remove the pops from the molds (run the molds under hot water to help with release). Place the pops on a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet. Drizzle with melted chocolate and return to the freezer until set. Serve immediately or store pops in an airtight container in the freezer.
