- 2 6-ounce cans chunk light tuna, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium green apple cored and diced
- 1 large celery stalk diced
- 5 tablespoons chopped raw walnuts
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Pinch of cumin seeds
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 cups baby spinach
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the spinach. Gently toss to combine. Serve over a bed of baby spinach.
